SITE DIAGRAMS
The entire site is made about of a serie of "defense lines" made out of those swells and dunes to prevent from floading on the built site and to reduce it in the exiting neighborhood.
SITE PLAN
Inspired by Chinese houses and African villages, the curvilinear and centra design has for goal to reinforce the idea of community by creating a serie of shared outdoor places.
The horse center placed in the middle of the built neighborhood encourages the community to interact with nature. This interaction is solidified by the extension of the natural preserve through the entire site, accessible by a pathway for the pedestrian and horses.
